The game is taking the world and social media by storm. Gamers hunt for virtual Pokemon characters hidden in real locations, and allows players to explore their communities and meet new people.
For the most part, Pokémon Go is all fun and games, but authorities have a few tips:
Play with parents and friends: Never share personal information and tell your kids about stranger-danger. Set boundaries to avoid stranger danger for kids.
Don’t forget to look up: Look up from time to time. Avoid walking into a tree, traffic or someone playing Pokemon Go.
Never drive and play: No Pokemoning from behind the wheel. Play safely.
Take a Break: The game can be addictive
Dont trespass on private property: People may call the police if you are trespassing hunting for Pokemon and other virtual characters.
