A couple, on the Outer Banks tried to take a swim in what appeared to be home-made shark cages on Sunday. A lifeguard ushered the couple out of the water, informed them that what they were doing would put saving them at risk if they needed help.
It turns out, the couple staged a photo op with shark cages made out of plastic, and not out of something to prevent a shark attack.
