Should someone get fired for this?
The morning after 9 people were senselessly gunned down at Bible study in Charleston, the local Charleston newspaper slapped a sticker on their front page advertising a local gun shop. The advertisement sticker partially covered the headline about the deadly shooting.
A statement from the Post And Courier on Facebook in response to a post about the shooting reads: The front-page sticky note that was attached to some home delivery newspapers on the same day as this tragedy is a deeply regrettable coincidence. We apologize to those who were offended.
