According to TMZ, Sherri Shepherd doesn’t want to be a mother to the baby that she and her now estranged husband, Lamar Sally, were supposed to be having via surrogate.
Here’s the catch: The baby ALLEGEDLY wasn’t conceived with Sherri’s egg and she now doesn’t want to have anything to do with the unborn child. According to TMZ, Sherri believes that Sally planned to leave her all along and tricked her into agreeing to having a baby via surrogate so he could make money off of her child support payments.
Sally is planning to go to court to FORCE Sherri to be a mother to the child, despite the fact that Sherri wants to give up all legal rights as a parent and doesn’t want her name on the birth certificate….at least that’s what TMZ says.
