Nicole Ari Parker will make her Broadway debut as Blanche DuBois opposite Blair Underwood as Stanley Kowalski in a Broadway revival of Tennessee Williams’ A Streetcar Named Desire. The production is scheduled to open in Spring 2012.
Parker starred in the Showtime series Soul Food, the ABC drama series The Deep End and the UPN sitcom Second Time Around Her film roles include Remember the Titans, Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, Boogie Nights and Sebastian Cole. Stage credits include For Colored Girls (directed by Jasmine Guy) and The Vagina Monologues.
