Halloween is supposed to be the Devil’s day, so the horned one has to be gloating over the mass confusion this year about when parents should send out their kids to trick-or-treat.
Halloween – always October 31 – falls on a Sunday this year. Sunday is a school night, and that’s led some municipalities around the Triangle to push parents to send their kids out for candy Saturday night instead.
But that decision is not universal, and ABC11 has been bombarded by confused parents calling and sending e-mails wanting to know when Halloween will be celebrated this year.
So when should you trick-or-treat?
