The Murphy House is recalling about 4,920 pounds of ready-to-eat pork barbecue products that may be contaminated with salmonella. Salmonella infections can be life-threatening, especially to those with weak immune systems, such as infants, the elderly and people with HIV infection or those undergoing chemotherapy. Symptoms include diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, chills, headache, nausea and vomiting that can last up to seven days.
