“To Heal or Not to Heal: Getting rid of the stigma attached to therapy”
Many of us carry our negative experiences with us everywhere we go- while we know suffering is inevitable, we never learned how to let things go. We either don’t agree with or aren’t aware of the options we have for seeking therapy outside of our circle of friends and family. Pastors and counselors at local churches, professional therapists, and specialized support groups led by professional counselors are everywhere. We have to get rid of the stigma attached to seeking therapy and get the help we need.
