Michael Jackson’s estate is hit with new child sex abuse claims more than five years after his death. Lawyers for James Safechuck, filed court papers on his behalf against the singer’s estate on Monday. This is the same person that made claims five years after Michael died, and more than 20 years after the alleged incident supposedly happened. Safechuck also gave sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him.
Now, new allegations have surfaced from former child star and choreographer Wade Robson. Robson filed a $1.62 billion lawsuit against the Jackson Estate with claims to include graphic and disturbing details. Robson’s lawyers ask Jackson’s estate to admit that the King of Pop forced him to pose naked on all fours, while Jackson allegedly masturbated to the sight.
