Do you think kids should be spanked in school?
Several North Carolina counties, including Onslow, Robeson and Graham, still allow students to be spanked at school. In the 2012-13 school year, Robeson County schools reported 141 spankings, while Graham County reported 31. Onslow County had one report.

The school board in Onslow County is currently considering a ban on the practice.
