Tomorrow, thousands will gather at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. and march to the King Memorial, led by the Rev. Al Sharpton, Dr.King’s son, Martin Luther King III. They will be joined by the parents of Trayvon Martin, and family members of Emmett Till.
The marchers are in DC to stand together against the recent attack on voter rights, Stand Your Ground and racial profiling, and to raise awareness on unemployment, poverty, gun violence, immigration, gay rights and other critical issues affecting our nation.
