Dogs Allowed in N.C. Restaurants?

Pets are still not allowed in outdoor restaurants in North Carolina, but that could change this summer.
The state currently does not allow dogs, cats, or other animals in outdoor dining areas, with the exception of service animals and patrol dogs. But the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources is trying to change that.
