This event, set to gather diverse professionals from the Triangle and beyond, is designed to redefine what workplace success means in today’s evolving world.

Dr. Staton shared that Perspectives 2025 aims to cater to everyone, from executives to temporary employees, emphasizing inclusivity and collaboration. “We want people to learn how to create work environments where everyone thrives,” Torri noted.

The conference agenda is packed with highlights, including a keynote session focused on future-proofing organizations and a presentation on the vital collaboration between education systems and businesses to foster economic mobility.
