Today on the TJMS, you heard Tom talk about his grandson using an I-pad. A new study by Common Sense Media, said American households found 38 percent of toddlers and infants under the age of two have used a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone.
Does it help them get a jump-start on literacy or number skills? Is it developmentally appropriate to introduce screen time into daycare or preschool, and how much time should toddlers gaze at the “learning” screen?
