George Zimmerman is flying so far under the radar that his attorney’s have lost contact with him. Against their advice, Zimmerman has talked with the prosecuting attorney and Fox news.The two attorneys announced yesterday they no longer were representing the neighborhood watch volunteer because they haven’t heard from him since Sunday. Zimmerman hasn’t returned their phone calls, text messages or emails.
The prosecutor will make a decision within 72-hours, whether to charge George Zimmerman for the murder of Trayvon Martin. Meanwhile, tensions are rising in Sanford, someone shot up an unoccupied police car early Tuesday as it sat outside the neighborhood where Martin was killed. And a demonstration by college students closed the town’s police station Monday.
Trayvon Martin‘s family’s attorney, Benjamin Crump said the family is surprised by the recent developments, adding that their legal team had always warned that Zimmerman may “become a flight risk.”
