Interested in owning a home, but need some help with the down payment? Wells Fargo has initiated the NeighborhoodLIFT program to make homeownership more affordable in Wake County and Durham County. They will be holding a free seminar on February 3rd and 4th from 10 am- 7 pm at the Hilton North Raleigh/Midtwon (3415 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh.) Parking is free.
