Serenas Willimas reveals to fans that she more than just a GREAT tennis player, she’s also a writer. The tennis star shared a spoken word poem at Fashion Week.

Williams’ voice could be heard over the loudspeaker as models took to the runway in items from her ‘Serena Williams Signature Statement’ collection. She put the lines to Beyonce’s Pray You Catch Me and Sia’s The Greatest, and used it as the soundtrack to the runway show for her Fall collection with HSN.

Read an excerpt from the spoken word transcript below.

She is black

She is Brown

She is White

She is Green

She is Red

Without Color

She is Woman

I saw her walk

Upright and Tall

When she moves

Everyone watches

Her footsteps

She leads the way

Your eyes follow

Your heads turn

She Is Woman

Confidence engulfs her

Love encompass her

Pity moves her

Goodness embraces her

Her smile is as captivating as the sun

She never doubts herself

She is woman
