Gladys Knight no longer wants to be associated with the chain of chicken and waflles restaurant that uses her name and likeness. She is suing her son, Shanga Hankerson, to keep him from using her on the restaurant signs and in business promotion.

In addition to having her name removed from the restaurants, Knight wants all of the memorabilia displayed in the locations to be returned to her, according to TMZ.
