Ready, Set, Go! The U.S. women’s basketball team is off to a great start at the Rio Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Americans beat Senegal, 121-56, in their first preliminary-round game. Team USA also set new Olympic records for total points and margin of victory. They are back at again today ballin’ against Spain. Meanwhile, the U.S. men’s team also plays against Venezuela after winning their opening contest last Saturday over China. The U.S. is standing on the top with 12 metals total, including three gold.
