President Obama will deliver his last State of the Union address tonight. It’s what the White House calls a “non-traditional” speech. President Obama will cut to the chase of the day-to-day minutiae of Washington and celebrate the country’s capacity “coming together as one big American family”.
Instead of a laundry list of policy proposals that have snow balls chance of passing Congress, Obama plans to deliver a speech that will describe “who we are” as a nation.
The president will deliver his message to Congress tonight at 9 p.m.
