North Carolina’s own Calvin Richardson vocals are often compared to the gritty down home sound of Bobby Womack, to the smooth soulfulness of Marvin Gaye and the flavorful vibe of K-Ci & JoJo, and R. Kelly. If you are not familiar with his music you are missing out. He’s a singer-songwriter/producer worth discovering. His music, style, and his voice are amazing. Richardson, recently signed a new deal with Eric Benét’s label Jordan House Records, his first single “We Gon’ Love Tonite” is out, Calvin fans look for his new album September 30th.
