The Durham Business & Professional Chain (The Chain) presents its Business Awards Luncheon Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Sitar Indian Cuisine,3630 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham NC from 12n-2p. The luncheon will honor four accomplished and deserving Durham entrepreneurs. The Chain is Durham’s oldest African American business advocacy organization now in its seventy sixth year of service to the business and professional community. The organization takes great pride recognizing the accomplishments, ability and talent of four honorees — Elaine Cardin (Business Longevity Award), Jean Orelien (Business Development Award), Timothy McIntosh (New Business Award) and Corey Bell (New Business Award).
