New York – A female NYPD commander was allegedly brutally beaten by her estranged husband on the front lawn of their home in Long Island, the New York Daily News reported. Deputy Inspector Juanita Holmes suffered broken ribs after her husband, former NYPD Detective Williams Fowlkers, beat her suspecting her of cheating on him.
