The North Carolina Department of Transportation says drivers can expect a very bumpy commute on Glenwood Avenue until the end of August.
DOT crews are in the process of replacing 70-year-old concrete on Glenwood Avenue near the Five Points neighborhood.
Currently, the northbound lanes on Glenwood Avenue are shut down and traffic is down to one lane in each direction on the southbound lanes.
