A spokesperson for Live Nation tells Pitchfork that Jeremih has been kicked off PartyNextDoor’s Summer’s Over Tour.
Jerem’s latest antics are walking off stage in Chicago and sending out an alleged imposter to perform in Houston.
“Live Nation’s top priority is helping artists and performers create great shows for their fans. With this in mind, we’ve decided it’s best for the Summer’s Over Tour to continue without Jeremih, effective immediately,” the statement reads. “After multiple incidents we are left with no other choice. We do not support these actions or take these actions lightly. Ticketholders may request a full refund at point of purchase, which will forfeit access to the entire show. No partial refunds will be issued.”
On Dec 2nd, Jeremih went off on PartyNextDoor in Dallas telling the crowd, “Tell him to take the crowd out the motherfucking songs he got y’all singing. He ain’t even singing y’all songs. That shit weak as hell… Now y’all know why I’m doing what I’m doing. This nigga been trying to stop me since this tour started. He can’t stop me.”
Apparently all the drama stems from Jeremih opening up for PartyNextDoor instead of co-headlining.
