Hillary Clinton is on a whirlwind campaign tour hours before the polls open Tuesday morning. Tonight, the Clinton family along with Jon Bon Jovi and Lady Gaga will host a midnight rally in Raleigh tonight at North Carolina State University. Clinton will lay out her plans to create an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top, and her vision for an America that is stronger together, according to Clinton’s website.
Early voting ended Saturday. Black voter turnout was down, but independent voting was up. Clinton’s visit here tonight underscores the importance of this state. In a Charlotte rally earlier today, Clinton’s running mate Sen. Tim Kaine said if Clinton wins North Carolina, she wins the election.
Trump appeared in Raleigh earlier today.
