In the era of Black Lives Matter, Common’s latest album “Black America Again” featuring Stevie on the title cut, is timely and brings to the forefront police brutality, mass incarceration, and institutionalized racism. It’s Common’s 11th album, featuring contributions from John Legend (“Rain”), Bilal (“Joy and Peace,” “Home,” “Letter to the Free”) and BJ the Chicago Kid (“The Day Women Took Over”), among others. Look for a November 4th release date.
