Remember when a Black man was sucker-punched by a Trump supporter at a rally in Fayetteville? Well, five officers were disciplined after that event.
Three deputies were suspended without pay and demoted for five days. Two other deputies were suspended without pay for three days. None of the deputies were named. All are on probation for the next year.
John Franklin McGraw, the 78-year-old man who punched the protester, was later charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
