Oscar night is this Sunday.
Host Chris Rock will be at the center of a major pop-culture controversy about the lack of diversity in Hollywood, Rock jokingly calls the Oscars “The White BET Awards”. The hashtag #OscarsSoWhite made its rounds and stars such as Jada Pinkett-Smith and Spike Lee vowed to not be a part, and there were calls for Chris Rock to step down from hosting.

No word on Rock’s content in his opening monologue, but whatever he does or says its going to be hilarious. The 88th Academy Awards air Sunday at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
