Empire actress Serayah has been having a year. From being labeled Generation Noir to showing up dressed to impressed at multiple events, she’s quickly becoming a young star whose style I’m interested to see develop. Serayah decided to don a little black dress for the Vanity Fair party pairing strappy sandals with her look.

She donned a smoky golden eye and a pink lip. Her nails were in neutral colors of pink and gray. I’m loving the glimmering broaches she donned to jazz up the black midi dress. She looks elegant; however, for someone her age, I would expect a more fun look. It looks a bit too demure for Serayah.

Tell us, beauties: is Serayah FAB or FUG?
