The Creators of Color movement just landed two new faces for their pro-black campaign, siblings Jussie Smollett and Journee Bell!
The Empire star and his sister (she also stars in WGN’s new docu-drama Underground) are joining other advocates in a special portrait series to highlight diversity through imagery and essays.
The organizations goal is to shed light and celebrate those, both in front of the camera and behind, who push the limit creatively everyday. While there is sure to be many critics, especially after Beyonce‘s epic “pro-black” Super Bowl performance, we’re all for black empowerment.
