TUNE IN NOW!!! Tonight we decided to remind you of just how great Jermaine Jackson is sans the Jackson 5. He’s turning 61 years old on Friday December 11th and has over 50 years of experience in the music industry. Join us at 8pm to hear the Wednesday Night Mini Concert featuring Jermaine Jackson. What you may not know is that the Jackson 5 was Jermaine’s idea. He initially sang lead and guitar for the band before they realized Michael would be a better fit for the lead role. After performing at the world-famous Apollo Theater, Motown’s Berry Gordy signed the group to his label in 1968.

Jermaine went on to begin his solo career in the mid 70’s and earned several hit songs on Motown in the late 70’s. He then changed labels and had a successful run on Arista Record label in the 80’s and LaFace in the 90’s. We’ll feature a few of songs you might remember tonight during the #WednesdayNightMiniConcert. It’s all #LoveAndRnB!
