MTV’s VMA nominations came out yesterday. And as a result, there was LOTS of activity on Twitter. It all started with the fact that Nicki Minaj was a little upset that her “Anaconda” video didn’t receive a nomination for Video Of The Year. How do we know this? Because she tweeted about it.
Well, Taylor Swift DID receive a Video Of The Year nomination and decided that Nicki’s tweet was about her. How do we know? Because she also took to Twitter with her feelings.
And Nicki was like ?????? I didn’t even mention you!
Then Ryan Seacrest somehow (inadvertently) inserted himself.
Then Kim Kardashian jumped in with her own shade (which she SWEARS wasn’t shade.)
While all of this was happening, blogger Perez Hilton decided to drag Beyonce into the fray….she was also nominated for Video Of The Year.
Whew! Great night of drama on Twitter.
