Chipotle has made a bold statement! The Denver-based company has announced that it will start offering paid vacation, sick pay and tuition reimbursement to all employees, including part-time workers.

The company says the benefits will hopefully lead to career-building for workers and help recruit high school and college students, the company’s “target demographic” for its entry-level jobs. The company has approximately 48,000 hourly employees, according to ABC News.

The benefits will start on July 1 and were previously only offered to salaried employees.
