Taraji P. Henson Says No To The N-Word On “Empire”

Terrance Howard made news recently when he said he believed that characters on “Empire” should be allowed to use the N-word.

“I’m mad that we don’t say n—- in the show,” he admits. “Why is TV showing something different from the reality of the world? Why is there a thing called censorship that stop people from hearing everyday talk? We use n—-every day. It’s become part of a conversation—why aren’t we using it in the show?”

Yeah, right Luscious. Besides the fact that the controversy alone would overshadow the show, it’s simply not needed.

Luckily for us, Taraji P. Henson is there as the voice of reason. When asked about using the controversial word, she replied “No, you would piss people off.”

Bloop!

We all know that what Cookie says is what goes so this is probably the last we’ll hear about this issue.
