WHAT??!!! Did you hear about this?
So, apparently a man attending the state fair reported to police at Dorton Arena that he saw a man recording boys use the bathroom. According to search warrants and WRAL, Paul William Vance told police that this wasn’t the first time he had done this. He had also recorded people at Five County Stadium in Zebulon.
Vance was arrested on October 27th. Warrants don’t indicate how many recordings there were. Police seized Vance’s iPod, desktop, a tablet and a desktop.
