Poll: Is Figure Hanging From Noose In Cary Just Halloween Decor Or Racist?
A Cary woman has come under fire for her Halloween decor. Her yard consists of grave stones, cobwebs and a figure dressed in a hoodie and hanging from a noose with its hands tied behind its back with rope.
Some say it’s racist, others say it’s harmless Halloween fun. The homeowner says she didn’t mean anything offensive by the figure hanging in her yard.
