Toni Jenkins, the 19-year-old waitress at a Tennessee Red Lobster who posted a picture to Facebook of a customer’s receipt that had “n*****” written on it, has received over $10,000 in donations since the incident.
After her story went viral, a California man created a fund named “Tips for Toni” on youcaring.com, it has garnered $10,000.
Jenkins told WRCB what she did with the money, “I paid some loans back at school. I got me a great, reliable car.”
