What is Stevie J’s net worth? Stevie J is worth $5 million—a fortune the three-time Grammy-winning singer, producer, songwriter, and “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” cast member has amassed since the 1990s, when he emerged as a member of the group “Total.” Stevie, born Steven Jordan and referred to as “Steebie,” later became an in-house producer at Bad Boy Entertainment, the label run by Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs (now Diddy), and he’s worked with artists as the Notorious BIG, Mariah Carey, Faith Evans, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z.

Recently, the native of Buffalo, N.Y., joined with Benzino, the former co-owner of the Source magazine, to form the band the Magnificent 757s. On “Love & Hip Hop,” Stevie J is best known for being caught in a love triangle with Mimi Faust—the mother of his daughter—and stripper-turned-artist Joseline Hernandez, who the rumor mill tells us he’s engaged to. Stevie J’s $5 million is impressive, but it puts him well behind the five richest men in hip-hop. Stevie J’s Bad Boy colleague Diddy tops the list with $550 million, followed by Jay-Z ($460 million), Dr. Dre ($260 million), Bryan “Birdman” Williams ($125 million), and 50 Cent ($110 million).

Catching those guys on the money list might be the least of Stevie’s worries. On an August 2012 episode of “Love & Hip Hop,” he felt the wrath of Joseline, who beat up on the producer after she found out in a therapy session that he’d been shacking up with Mimi. Of course, Stevie and Joseline were later seen partying it up Atlanta’s Mansion Elan nightclub, so it’s possible all has been forgiven. As for whether they’re engaged, fans will have to stay tuned. Given the demands of balancing two women, Stevie is lucky he’s got $5 million, and even that might not be enough.
