The team’s first-round pick, Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon, was arrested early Sunday in Stillwater, Okla., and charged with aggravated DUI after police said he was stopped for speeding and driving “left of center.”

Police said that he took a Breathalyzer test that measured his blood alcohol at .24 percent — or three times Oklahoma’s legal limit. Yikes.

Worse, it is the second time that Blackmon has been charged with DUI in two years. He was arrested in 2010 in Texas while reportedly driving to a Dallas Cowboys game under the influence.

Evidently, the Jaguars thought that red flag just meant somebody was challenging a call.

Jacksonville, you may recall, traded up to get Blackmon with the fifth pick in the first.
