It looks like selling his NBA Championship ring might have done the trick. Former NBA player Antoine Walker is done with his bankruptcy proceedings. Walker owed the government $12.7 million after having made a reported $110 million during his career in the NBA. He was discharged from bankruptcy by a federal judge last week.

One of the conditions of the case being discharged was Antoine Walker take a money management class, which he did March 16th. Walker is said to be ready to start over when it comes to his finances. Though the case is wrapped up for the most part, except for some money he allegedly gave to Evelyn Lozada under dubious terms. Lozada and Walker were once engaged and trustees are now making attempts to retrieve $500,000 from Lozada to settle all of Walker’s financial responsibilities. That case is still pending.
