Ludbin Garcia, 32, and Marcelo Renato Mesa-Villela, 37, were accused Thursday of conspiring to traffic between 200 and 400 grams of cocaine, according to the warrants.

Garcia, a Raleigh resident, is from Honduras. Apparently he worked as a dump truck driver in North Carolina, according to police reports. In December 2011 he was charged with possession of marijuana, breaking and entering, and resisting a public officer.

No federal immigration detention request has been filed for either man.

The two men were charged with trafficking in cocaine, and conspiring to traffic in cocaine. Garcia also is charged with trafficking in cocaine by possession.
