Christmas may not be until December, but you don’t have to wait until then to celebrate the holiday season. The 67th Annual Raleigh Christmas parade will feature a very special Grand Marshal, holiday floats, marching bands, super-sized balloons, marchers, twirlers, entertainers, and of course, Santa himself! This year’s parade will continue the grand celebration of fun and excitement for the entire family.
The parade starts at Hillsborough and St. Mary’s streets and heads east to the state Capitol. It briefly goes around the Capitol on Salisbury and Morgan streets before heading down Fayetteville Street to Lenoir Street.
Parking in city-owned parking decks and metered spaced in downtown Raleigh is free of charge for the day.
