A 72-year-old man connected to the overdose death of actor Michael K. Williams in 2021 received a 2.5-year prison sentence on Tuesday. The actor's nephew, Dominic Dupont asked the presiding judge for leniency in the sentencing as well as "The Wire" creator David Simon, citing the defendant's age and illiteracy.
