Police Officer Charged In Shooting Death Streamed On Facebook Live

The officer who shot 32-year-old Philando Castile during a traffic stop last July in Minnesota has been charged with second-degree manslaughter. You may recall that Castile’s girlfriend filmed the aftermath of the shooting and broadcasted it on Facebook Live. The woman says Castile was shot while reaching for his identification.
