BREAKING NEWS: Officers Shot, Others Feared Dead In Baton Rouge

CNN is reporting that a man opened fire Baton Rouge police officers on Sunday, injuring at least seven. Reports indicate that three officers may be dead.

A source close to the investigation told CNN that the incident started when police received a phone call about a suspicious person walking down Airline Highway with an assault rifle. The man opened fire when police arrived.

• Police officers were from the Baton Rouge Police Department and East Baton Rouge Parish Sherriff’s Office.
