Family Attorney: Akiel Denkins Was Shot In The Back By Raleigh Police

In a press conference today, the attorney for Akiel Denkins’ family said that an independent pathologist reported Denkins was shot in the back…not in the chest as indicated by Raleigh’s district attorney.
Initial reports from the city indicates that Denkins was shot in the chest after a struggle. Watch the video here.
