Just when you thought no one was going to try to get the Black vote using rap music, here comes Ben Carson.
His new commercial, aimed at the younger Black voter, will start airing today in Miami, Atlanta, Houston, Detroit, Birmingham, Jackson, Memphis and Little Rock.
