Verdict Watch: Crystal Mangum Murder Trial
After 3 hours of deliberation yesterday, jurors didn’t reach a verdict in the case of Crystal Mangum. The former Duke Lacrosse rape accuser is on trial for the murder of Reginald Daye, her former boyfriend. Mangum maintains that she stabbed Daye with a kitchen knife while defending herself in a domestic violence situation. Daye died 10 days later of complications. Deliberations resume this morning.
