Pet Adoption Celebration Today
Today, the Wake County Animal Center is having their third annual Adopt an Addition Celebration to encourage pet adoption. The event ends at 6 p.m. at the Wake County Animal Shelter, 820 Beacon Lake Drive in Raleigh. The shelter will offer special adoption prices from $10 to $45. There will be live music, food and prizes. There are also special adoption rates for cats through June.
